Shipping Information

All orders are shipped through third-party carriers. Tracking is provided when a shipment is created and is also available from the customer's order history when applicable.

Domestic shipping

Standard domestic shipping is $4.99 for orders below $50.00. Standard domestic shipping is free when the merchandise subtotal reaches the configured free-shipping threshold. Available carrier services and rates shown during checkout take precedence when a live carrier quote is selected.

International shipping

International shipping begins from the configured international rate of $25.00 when a live carrier rate is not available. Customs duties, taxes, brokerage charges, and other destination-country fees remain the buyer's responsibility unless otherwise required by law.

Tracking

Tracking information is sent by email when an order ships and remains available from the customer's account when the carrier provides tracking.

Processing

Orders are prepared as quickly as practical after payment. Carrier estimates begin after the parcel is accepted by the carrier and do not include store processing time.

Carrier delays and delivery exceptions are outside the direct control of The Goat Games. Contact Shipping Support if an order needs investigation.
